HER Idea is an interactive conference focused on Black Women Entrepreneurs. Since 2018, over 200 women have attended HER Idea at the NAACP Annual Convention.
Deja and Regan lead the PR efforts for the Top Hospitals in Diversity recognition symposium at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. in 2019. A large measure of success in the program was due to Deja and Regan’s outstanding work which resulted in over 20 major institutions being representation in Johns Hopkins, Cedars Sinai, Mount Sinai, George Washington University, Mayo Clinic, Northwestern University Hospital, Kaiser Permanente, University of Chicago and Thomas Jefferson among many others. The program was represented flawlessly on the local and national level, gaining much media coverage.
