Deja Cromartie is an award-winning communications professional who is passionate about helping social impact brands tell their stories in the media. For the past 10 years, she has worked with brands such as the NAACP, Harvard’s Willam Monroe Trotter’s Institute, Black Mental Health Alliance, Lumina Foundation, Ayiti Community Trust, UNCF, Benedict College, and Blackdoctor.org.
As an alumna of Clark Atlanta University, she values education as a tool of empowerment and liberation. Deja lives by the motto of her alma mater, “Find a Way or Make One." She also earned an M.A. in Professional Business Communication from La Salle University. Deja's campaign work has appeared on nationally recognized media platforms such as BET, Black Enterprise, Essence Girls United, Hot 97, Breakfast Club, Forbes, Fast Company, and many more.
A budding philanthropist, Deja has donated her time and resources to organizations such as Delaware Futures, UNCF, and The Power of Girlhood.
